PRADHAN MANTRI AWAAS YOJANA 2.0

1. An Aadhaar card of all family members
2. The Aadhaar card photocopy of applicant’s parents.
3. Voter card photocopies of all the family members.
4. Bank account’s photocopy
   * The bank account should not be a joint account.
    *The account must be in the applicant’s own name.
    *The bank account must not be linked to any other government scheme
5. A photocopy of the registry.
6. If there is no registry, then any one of the following is acceptable:
     Electricity bill / Water bill / Sewage bill/T.S.1 
7. Two passport-size photographs of the applicant and one passport   size family photo
8. An income certificate
9. A caste certificate
10. Current residence/ Photo of the plot
11. Self-declaration
12. Mobile number of the applicant must be connected to the concerned bank account and adhaar card.
13. A ₹50 stamp is required to prepare an affidavit.

ਪ੍ਰਧਾਨ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਆਵਾਸ ਯੋਜਨਾ 2.0 ਸਕੀਮ ਸਬੰਧੀ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼

1. ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਲੱਗੇ।
2. ਬਿਨੈਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਮਾਤਾ ਅਤੇ ਪਿਤਾ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਲੱਗੇ।
3. ਸਾਰੇ ਪਰਿਵਾਰ ਦੇ ਮੈਂਬਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਵੋਟਰ ਕਾਰਡ  ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ ।
4. ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤਾ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ (JOINT ACCOUNT ਨਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਅਤੇ ਇਸ ਖਾਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ      ਸਰਕਾਰੀ ਸਕੀਮ ਦਾ ਪੈਸਾ ਨਾ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜਿਵੇ ਕਿ ਪੈਨਸ਼ਨ) ਜੇਕਰ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਆਧਾਰ ਦੇ ਲਿੰਕ ਹੋਵੇ (ਇਕੱਲਾ)।
5. ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ।
6. ਜੇਕਰ ਰਜਿਸਟਰੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੈ ਤਾਂ ਬਿਜਲੀ/ਪਾਣੀ/ਸਿਵੇਰਜ਼ ਦਾ ਬਿੱਲ/TS-1) ਨੱਥੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇ।
7. 2 ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਈਜ਼ ਫੋਟੋ ਲਾਭਪਾਤਰੀ ਦੀਆਂ (1 ਫੈਮਿਲੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਪਾਸਪੋਰਟ ਸਾਇਜ਼)।
8. ਆਮਦਨ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਕਾਪੀ ਲੱਗੇ।
9. ਜਾਤੀ ਸਰਟੀਫਿਕੇਟ ਦੀ ਫੋਟੋ ਕਾਪੀ।
10. ਮੌਜੂਦਾ ਮਕਾਨ/ ਪਲਾਟ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਫੋਟੋ।
11.ਪ੍ਰਾਰਥੀ ਵੱਲੋਂ ਘੋਸ਼ਣਾ ਪੱਤਰ।
12.ਮੋਬਾਇਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਅਤੇ ਬੈਂਕ ਖਾਤੇ ਨਾਲ ਲਿੰਕ ਹੋਣਾ ਅਤਿ ਜ਼ਰੂਰੀ ਹੈ।
13. 50 ਰੁਪਏ ਦਾ STAMP ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਬਿਆਨ ਹਲਫੀਆ।
